Mini Split Equipment
We design, install, service and repair all mini split equipment including Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG and more. Whether it’s a ducted or ductless mini split system, we can maintain and repair it. It is true that these systems are more complicated than your standard system but they are not too complicated to repair for our technicians. We have installed and repaired hundreds of these systems and gone through extensive training from the manufacturer and in our shop on diagnosing and repairing every part on them.
Furnace and Air Conditioners
We service and maintain all brands of HVAC equipment including Trane, Carrier, Bryant, American Standard, First Company, and many more. Most of the equipment that’s installed, all adopt the same technology when it comes to how they’re engineered and built. An air conditioner has a few major things that go wrong, such as; capacitor failure, fan motor failure, circuit board failure and compressor failure. The diagnosis and repair of these items don’t change much from manufacturer to manufacturer. When it comes to standard A/C and furnace repair, if you have expertise in repairing them like we do, none of them pose a big challenge.
Hydronic Air Handlers
We also repair and service hydronic air handlers, such as First Company, Ruud, Rheem, Aspen, and more. We’ve installed, serviced and maintained hundreds of hydronic air handlers. We normally see the issues with these units is air in the lines, pump failure and board failure. These fixes are not complicated and the parts for most of these units are easily accessible.
Insulation and Air Sealing Experts
From visual inspection of your insulation systems to infrared analysis and blower door measurements, we can determine and clearly convey what is going right and wrong with you thermal envelope. We are insulation and air sealing experts with decades of experience installing and verifying air barrier and insulation systems. We hold an insulation contractors license and we are certified with BPI as an envelope professional. The Eco Performance Difference
The big difference you will find with us is our superior understanding of HVAC systems. We have become experts by measuring so many performance aspects of HVAC systems, such as airflow, delivered btu’s, power usage, etc. We won’t just fix a problem and move on, we will determine what is happening with your system that caused the issue. For instance, if your compressor has gone out within ten years of installation, you most likely have a problem with airflow which is causing liquid refrigerant to enter into the compressor creating a failure. Another issue is if your heat exchanger is cracked, you most likely have an issue with airflow, too much heat is being trapped on the heat exchanger. As you can tell, airflow is usually the cause for most issues we see in heating and air equipment, which is why we design, install and commission the best air distribution systems.
