**Update as of 4/29/20** Construction work is now allowed, in full, provided guidelines and practices on social distancing are maintained. We continue to maintain these practices as further described below**
Currently, the heating and ventilation portion of projects are what we’re focusing on and postponing any non-essential insulation services until our bay area governments lift the ban. We are doing our part to stop the spread of the Coronavirus by keeping a minimum crew per job, usually 2, and using the top guidelines for distancing, sanitation and PPE. Because our HVAC and plumbing services are considered essential and the need for clean air in homes, a comfortable environment and habitability are more important than ever with everyone working from home, we’re continuing to provide our services. We are keeping workers to a bare minimum, using 6′ distancing from workers, minimizing time inside homes, interviewing clients and crew members daily for health issues/concerns, asking employees to only go to work and home, wearing booties, masks, and gloves while at work plus all of the details listed in our guidelines here.
We will continue to make indoor environments better until we feel we can’t do it safely or the government advises or tells us otherwise.
