The Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN)Home+ Programoffers you an opportunity to upgrade to an energy-efficient home that is more comfortable, durable, and safe. You’ll reduce energy use and improve comfort and indoor air quality while adding value to your home –all at your own pace and budget.Rebates are available for eligible energy efficiency upgrades including air sealing, duct sealing, insulation, high-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners, high efficiency water heaters, and more. Rebates are awarded on a first come first serve basis and available for qualifying Bay Area residents withhomes built in 2001 or earlier. Customers must complete eligible improvements with a BayREN Participating Contractor in order to receive a rebate. Rebates are capped at $5,000 per eligible customer1.Individual measure rebates may not exceed the measure cost.
